Workplace Engineering Track Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Intune Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) in a large enterprise environment.

• The role involves creating modern endpoint management strategies, enabling co-management, and driving migration from traditional on-premises solutions to cloud-based management
• Key Responsibilities Architectural Design Strategy Develop enterprise-level architecture for Intune and SCCM integration
• Define migration roadmap from SCCM to Intune, including co-management strategies
• Design Autopilot deployment solutions for Windows 10/11 devices
• Implementation Integration Configure Intune policies, compliance rules, and conditional access
• Enable SCCM and Intune co-management and workload shifting
• Integrate Intune with Azure AD and Microsoft 365 security features
• Application OS Deployment Oversee SCCM OSD (Operating System Deployment) and Intune app packaging
• Establish standards for application packaging and deployment
• Security Compliance Implement device compliance policies and endpoint security baselines
• Ensure adherence to enterprise security and regulatory requirements
• Automation Reporting Develop automation scripts using PowerShell for deployment and reporting
• Create dashboards and reports using SQL and Power BI
• Collaboration Documentation Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer

Required Skills

Experience

• Technical Expertise 10+ years in SCCM/MECM design and administration in global enterprise environments
• 5+ years in Intune implementation and management
• Strong knowledge of Co-Management, Autopilot, Windows Update for Business
• Familiarity with Azure AD, Conditional Access, and Microsoft 365 security
• Scripting Reporting Advanced PowerShell scripting skills
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI for reporting
