Ensure minimum breakdowns and downtime by effective monitoring of critical equipment. Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities, history cards, and spares consumption. 2. Equipment Reliability & Performance Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures and implement corrective measures. Monitor equipment health through vibration analysis, thermography, and other condition monitoring techniques. Implement modifications and upgrades for improved efficiency and reliability. 3. Spares & Inventory Management Identify critical spare parts and maintain optimum stock levels. Coordinate with stores and purchase teams for timely availability of spares and consumables. 4. Safety & Compliance Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
