Hiring: Senior Advanced Scheduling Specialist – Workforce Management (Remote)

We are looking for a Senior Advanced Scheduling Specialist to play a key role in optimizing labor deployment and scheduling strategies across our Workforce Management (WFM) platforms (e.g., Dayforce, Kronos, etc.).

This role contributes directly to workforce efficiency, operational performance, and labor cost optimization.

💼 Experience: 5+ Years in Workforce/ Dayforce / WFM / Scheduling

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Design and implement advanced scheduling models tailored to business needs, including peak periods, holidays & compliance requirements.

Configure, optimize, and maintain scheduling rules in WFM systems (Dayforce/Kronos or similar).

Analyze historical workforce and operational data to recommend optimized labor models.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws, union rules, and organizational policies.

Create scheduling playbooks, process documentation, and training materials.

Troubleshoot scheduling issues and support system upgrades/releases.

Collaborate with HR, operations, IT, and business leaders to ensure smooth scheduling operations across retail regions.

🎓 Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, computer engineering, operations, or a related field (preferred).

5+ years of hands-on experience in workforce scheduling/design within enterprise environments.

Experience in retail or multi-location workforce environments is highly desirable.
