🌟 Role Overview

As a Solution Architect, you will design scalable, high-performing Workforce Management solutions that support business operations across HR, Retail Excellence, and enterprise functions. You will bring deep expertise in Dayforce or similar WFM systems, influencing key decisions and shaping future capabilities.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and technical implementation of WFM solutions (Dayforce preferred)

Provide expertise in Time & Attendance, Advanced Scheduling, Payroll, and Entitlements

Understand business drivers and design system configurations that enable measurable outcomes

Partner with HR, Operations, Retail Excellence, and IT to define solution requirements

Provide technical guidance, evaluate design trade-offs, and ensure best-practice solution delivery

Design integration patterns with APIs, middleware, and enterprise systems

Support seamless transition of solutions from configuration/testing to operations

Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging WFM technologies, and innovation opportunities

Identify organizational and financial impact of architectural decisions

Document architecture, design patterns, and integration models

📌 Skills & Leadership Behaviors

Technical Expertise

Strong hands-on experience with Dayforce HCM or similar WFM platforms

Deep understanding of retail labor models, compliance, and operational workflows

Experience designing integrations: APIs, middleware, data mapping

Ability to use AI-assisted modeling tools and natural language copilots to accelerate architecture decisions

Soft Skills

Powerful stakeholder management and communication skills

🎓 Education & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant in WFM/HCM

Proven track record of successful solution design and implementation

Certifications in Dayforce or other HCM platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG) are a plus
