Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with SSB teams to gather and analyze requirements for Workfront and Workfront Fusion.

· Configure, test, implement, and document changes to the Workfront platform.

· Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality.

· Establish and reinforce access control governance, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.

· Develop training materials and provide hands-on training for Workfront users.

· Troubleshoot post-launch issues, working closely with Workfront support for resolution.

· Perform ongoing updates and optimizations to Workfront configurations post-implementation.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Experience in Workfront and Workfront Fusion configuration and implementation.

· Strong understanding of workflow automation, governance, and reporting.

· Ability to train users and develop comprehensive documentation.

· Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and post-launch support.
