Workflow Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the team inbox consistently and acknowledge incoming emails within defined SLAs
  
• Thoroughly review each job request to understand client requirements; proactively seek clarification when needed
  
• Confirm realistic deadlines with clients based on the current job queue and available resources
  
• Assign jobs to designers based on individual skill sets and address any queries they may have
  
• Track job progress closely to ensure on-time delivery, maintaining high-quality standards at all times
  
• Perform a final quality check to verify that all client requirements have been fulfilled before delivery
  
• Actively participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute innovative ideas to support organizational growth

• Bachelors degree in any discipline
  

Experience Required:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
  
• Prior experience in professional services firms such as McKinsey, Ernst & Young, RRD, or similar organizations is preferred
