Technical skills
Mandatory Hands-on experience on Workday HCM configuration and strong knowledge in absencemanagement modules of Workday and has a deep understanding of the creation oforganization types, job profiles, compensation, employee self service etc. Good understanding of Workday security model and business process In-depth hands-on experience in EIB integration, calculated fields and advanced reports. Ability to analyse Workday release updates to understand and communicate the impact offeature changes to the existing configuration. Resolve Workday issues through active trouble-shooting and diagnostic research Act as Workday SME and be available to provide support to stakeholdersOptional Experience on other integration tools like co-connector/ PICOF Understanding of the working of Workday Studio. Experience on Zendesk Experience on BIRT Experience in other Workday modules like absence, time tracking, performance etc.Non negotiable responsibilities:Experience in the Workday Core HCM and absence module is a must.
