Workday Techno Functional Consultant

As a Workday Specialist, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and customize Workday functionalities to meet business needs. You will be responsible for managing data migration, integrations, and testing activities during Workday implementations and upgrades. Providing ongoing support and maintenance for the Workday platform, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems promptly will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making. It will be your responsibility to stay up-to-date with Workday releases and enhancements, assess their impact on existing configurations, and implement necessary changes. Acting as the primary point of contact for Workday-related inquiries, you will provide guidance and training to end-users as needed. Collaboration with HR and IT teams to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements will also fall under your purview. Furthermore, you will participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as a subject matter expert on Workday functionalities. The ideal candidate for this role would possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Workday, including implementation, configuration, and support, is required. Experience with Workday integrations, reporting, and data management tools is essential. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are a must, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels. The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Workday certification(s) would be preferred. Any experience with Workday security administration and role-based access controls would be considered a plus.,
