Position Objective: The role involves collaborating with Halma companies to understand and document their requirements. This position conducts user acceptance testing, identifies defects, and works with the People Platform team to deliver solutions aligned with customer expectations. As a key member of the people platform implementation team, you will provide support for project-related analysis, documentation, and communication. Responsibilities: - Develop training materials for people platform users to bridge knowledge gaps. - Troubleshoot and resolve defects in Workday in alignment with internal release schedules and service level agreements. Identify root causes and collaborate with the People Platform team to recommend process improvements. - Utilize a case management system to manage defects or change requests, responsible for configuration changes, ongoing management, and updates to Halma's people platform. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date system documentation. - Participate in the change control committee, ensuring proper documentation of changes in adherence to policies and procedures. - Support Workday's biannual release management process, including new feature review, testing, and education. Critical Success Factors: - Integrate acquired companies into Halma's people platform and enhance integration tools and processes for repeatability and optimization. - Stay informed about platform functionality through continuous learning. - Demonstrate strong presentation and communication skills, simplifying technical concepts for diverse audiences with a focus on knowledge transfer. - Contribute to Halma's Digital Growth Engine by providing high-quality technology solutions to address critical business needs. - Engage with the Global Talent & Culture team and participate in local Halma Hub meetings and talent updates to support the growth of Halma's 40+ operating companies in local markets.
