Job Title: Techno-Functional Workday Specialist – Payroll, Finance & HRMS

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support
Workday Payroll implementations
and enhancements.
Configure, develop, and maintain
Workday Finance and HRMS modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable Workday solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to payroll, finance, and HRMS.
Provide ongoing support and training to internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Techno-Functional Workday Specialist.
Expert-level knowledge of Workday Payroll processes.
Strong development experience in Workday Finance and HRMS modules.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Workday certifications are a plus.
