Job Description

Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, the following:
Serves as a technical specialist for the Workday Absence, and Core HR function. Knowledge of Workday Reporting and Security is a bonusAs an individual contributor, conceives, plans and conducts consultation in the areas of Absence and Core HR.Working knowledge on loading bulk data using EIB.Good understanding in setting up of absence accruals , time off plans and LOAs; HR Foundational Data; BP configuration; and Calculated FieldsInvolves creative, independent solutions that will be adopted by HR corporate-wide.May leads complex HR projects domestically.Work collaboratively with other technical specialist, with guidance from the Senior Technical LeadConfigure, perform system QAQC testing and support UAT testing with documented test scriptsWorks under limited supervision and direction.

Minimum Qualifications Requirements
Bachelors degree or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.5+ years of Workday experience in Absence and Core HR. Any other module experience (such as Reporting & Security) is a bonusAbility to analyze business requirement and translate into configuration documentExperience with Workday configuration and testingClear oral and written communication skillsAbility to work independently as well as in a team environment

Other Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Service Now ticket management systemExperience working with a globally dispersed team (onshore and offshore)
