Join us.Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, the following:
- Serves as a technical specialist for the Workday Absence, and Core HR function. Knowledge of Workday Reporting and Security is a bonus
- As an individual contributor, conceives, plans and conducts consultation in the areas of Absence and Core HR.
- Working knowledge on loading bulk data using EIB.
- Good understanding in setting up of absence accruals , time off plans and LOA's; HR Foundational Data; BP configuration; and Calculated Fields
- Involves creative, independent solutions that will be adopted by HR corporate-wide.
- May leads complex HR projects domestically.
- Work collaboratively with other technical specialist, with guidance from the Senior Technical Lead
- Configure, perform system QAQC testing and support UAT testing with documented test scripts
- Works under limited supervision and direction.
Minimum Qualifications RequirementsBachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.5+ years of Workday experience in Absence and Core HR. Any other module experience (such as Reporting & Security) is a bonusAbility to analyze business requirement and translate into configuration documentExperience with Workday configuration and testingClear oral and written communication skillsAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentOther Preferred QualificationsExperience with Service Now ticket management systemExperience working with a globally dispersed team (onshore and offshore)
