Job Opportunity: Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Lead

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 610 years

Mandatory Skills (at least 2 modules + Fast Formula)

HCM Extracts / HDL Transformation Fast Formula
Data Conversion / Migration
BI / OTBI Reports

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and deliver
end-to-end implementations
of Oracle HCM Cloud with strong expertise in at least 2–3 modules (Payroll, Core HR, Talent Management, ORC, Learning, Compensation, Performance Management).
Hands-on proficiency in
Oracle Technical aspects
: HCM Extracts, Interfaces, and Fast Formula.
Exposure to
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
as middleware will be an added advantage.
Collaborate with Business & IT teams to gather functional/technical specifications, execute SIT, support UAT testing, and train business/core users.
Apply knowledge of
software development methodologies, change management, and deployment procedures
.
Troubleshoot, analyze, and communicate effectively with end users.
Strong understanding of
Oracle tables, integration points, and technology processes
.

Requirements

6–10 years of overall experience, with
4–5 years in Oracle HCM Cloud
.
Multiple end-to-end implementation experience.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
