Job Description

Role Overview: As a Workday HRIS & Reporting Analyst at Pitney Bowes, you will be responsible for enhancing, configuring, maintaining, and expanding the functionality of Workday business processes and HCM functionality. Your role will involve acting as a liaison between vendors, the business, HR partners, and IT to meet and exceed end user expectations. You will execute system enhancements, coordinate tests, document processes, and provide post-implementation support. Additionally, you will create and maintain job aids, knowledge-based articles, and handle reporting key HR metrics and ad hoc reporting as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with stakeholders to design and configure proper solutions within functional configuration to meet business needs. - Collect and translate business process requirements into a functional solution design. - Develop custom Workday reports, including advanced, matrix, trending, composite reports, dashboard, and hubs. - Troubleshoot Workday related issues and resolve in a timely manner. - Ensure strict data and privacy standards are maintained while supporting company security policies and standards. - Proactively identify and address interdependencies across applications and work streams. - Engage with HR Operations and the business to understand operational challenges and aid in problem resolution. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of Workday functional configuration experience in core HCM configuration and business process configuration administration. - 3 years of creating and configuring advanced reports and dashboards in Workday. - Certified in Workday Core HCM. - Certified in Workday Advanced Reporting preferred. - Experience supporting other Workday functional areas preferred. - Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects under pressure. - Attention to detail, analytical acumen, and creativity. - Ability to work effectively in virtual teams.
