Locations: Bangalore/Hyderabad

"Enhancements and Break/Fix:

Continuance of existing activity to manage and resolve assigned cases related to enhancements and break/fix activity for Workday modules listed below:

§ Functional modules in scope

o § Core HR

o § Compensation / Advanced Compensation

o § Talent Acquisition

o § Expense

o § Time and Attendance

o § Absence Management

o § Reporting & People Analytics

o § Projects module

o § Workday Extend

· Annual HR Roadmap

· Assess and execute the plan developed with Client Management

· Workday Operational Support

· Address end user incidents, requests submitted to HRIS team via client Help desk ""HR Help""

· Investigate and perform break-fix resolution, service restoration, configuration changes, root cause analysis

· Assist with Workday production data updates, mass data loads, mass data corrections

· Run and review Data Audit Reports to maintain data integrity.

· Support Semi-annual Workday functional releases

· Configure and implement new automatically available features and functionality based on business requirements and available capacity of the Consultant staff

· Semi-annually discuss product roadmap and Demo setups required for new Workday features

· Assist Client with Workday security setup and security role assignments "
