Workday HCM

Role Responsibilities Implement, configure, and maintain Workday HCM modules. Analyze and resolve issues related to Workday HCM functionalities. Support the integration of Workday with other HR systems. Conduct end-user training sessions for effective software adoption. Document system processes and user guides for reference. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements. Manage system upgrades and enhancements with minimal disruption. Ensure data integrity and compliance within Workday HCM. Monitor system performance and address potential bottlenecks. Assist with user access permissions and security roles. Engage in user support and troubleshooting activities. Participate in regular project meetings and status updates. Develop custom reports and analytics using Workday tools. Maintain relationships with Workday support and vendor contacts. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to HCM systems. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience with Workday HCM implementation and support. Strong understanding of HR processes and systems. Proficiency in configuring Workday HCM modules and applications. Experience with data migration and integration in Workday. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Project management experience is a plus. Familiarity with report writing in Workday. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Certifications in Workday HCM are preferred. Strong customer service orientation. Knowledge of data security and compliance standards. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
