Job Description

Skill: HCM -Workday- HCM HR Applications

Location: Chennai/Gurugram/Hyderabad/Bangalore

Experience: 5-10 Years

Must Have**

Experience in Workday Configuration Including Business Process Configuration and Business process Security.
Proficiency in creating and modifying reports and dashboards using Workday reporting.
Understanding of core functionalities, such as organizational structures, employee records, and workforce planning
Experience with system testing, including unit, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Experience With Workday Docs.
Strong hands-on experience in Workday integrations configuration (EIB, Core Connectors, ADP templates and Studio integrations).
Strong experience creating the complex reports (Advanced, Composite).
Creating calculated fields and condition rules for Business process conditions.

Hands-on experience in creating Intersection, User based, Role based and segment-based security groups.

Good To Have**

Workday HCM certified.
