Job Description Summary In this critical role, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements and translating them into functional specifications for enterprise applications, specificallyWorkday HCM,Security, andReportingmodules. You will act as a vital link between business users and IT, ensuring that applications deployed across the organization are customized to meet business needs and are used effectively. This role involves providing functional and technical support, analyzing business requirements, and delivering scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities Serve as an individual contributor and solution expert forWorkday HCM,Security, andReporting. Provide functional and technical support toHR teams, ensuring effective use of Workday modules. Analyze business requirements and deliver scalable solutions throughdesign,configuration,testing, anddeployment. Lead or support the implementation and configuration ofWorkday HCMmodules and features. Collaborate withHR stakeholdersto optimize business processes, workflows, and custom objects. Managepost-implementation support, includingtroubleshooting,enhancements, anddaily operations. Perform hands-onWorkday security configuration, role-based access, and maintenance activities. Act as asubject matter expert (SME)forWorkday HCMandSecurity, offering guidance and best practices. Design and deliverend-user training materialsto ensure effective system usage. Partner withHRIS, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clear communication. Maintain accurate project or task forecasts and keep stakeholders informed on progress. Stay updated onWorkday releasesand enhancements, advising on adoption strategies. Foster trusted partnerships with business users through consistent and high-quality support. Qualification 4-6 years ofhands-on experienceas a leadWorkday HCMandSecurity consultant. Provenconfiguration expertiseinCore HCMandSecuritymodules. Workday certificationsin: HCM Fundamentals Business Process Fundamentals Configurable Security Advanced Security Strong understanding ofWorkday Business Processes, security model, and troubleshooting methods. Demonstrated experience in buildingcustom reportsand optimizing workflows inWorkday. Experience withsecurity role designandpermissioningacross a global organization (preferred). Excellentcommunication skills, both verbal and written. Stronganalytical skillsand attention to detail, with a deep understanding ofWorkday best practices. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in afast-paced, dynamic environment.
