8+ years of experience in functional testing, preferably in Workday HCM systems. Strong understanding of HCM processes such as payroll, recruiting, and talent management. Domain Workday HCM, Workday Integration. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in testing methodologies, including SIT, Regression, and User Acceptance testing. Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies. Experience with defect tracking and test management tools. • Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases for Workday HCM applications • Identify document and track defects through resolution Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand system requirements • Conduct User Acceptance Testing UAT with end-users and stakeholders Provide training and support on testing processes and documentation standards Ensure that testing aligns with system performance standards and business requirements
