Key Responsibilities:

Act as a
Workday Functional Consultant
, providing expertise in HR processes and Workday configurations.
Configure and maintain Workday
Absence
and optionally
Compensation
modules based on business requirements.
Prepare
Functional Design Documents (FDD)
and support technical teams in system implementation.
Perform
data conversions
from legacy HR systems to Workday.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide Workday solutions.
Understand and document how HR modules interface with other Workday modules such as Payroll, Time Tracking, Recruiting, etc.
Participate in
multiple HR process projects
, ensuring successful configuration, testing, and deployment.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

3–8 years of experience as a
Workday Functional Consultant
in HR process domains.
Hands-on experience with
Workday Absence
module (mandatory); exposure to
Compensation
is a plus.
Strong
Workday configuration skills
and experience in at least
two HR process projects
.
Ability to write
functional design documents
and support
data conversion activities
.
Solid understanding of
HR business processes
and their integration with Workday modules.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

Workday
certifications
in Absence or HCM modules.
Experience in
SaaS HR implementations
or
global HR processes
.
