About the Role

Workday Adaptive Planning Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and optimize

    Adaptive Planning models

    to support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning cycles.
  • Design and configure

    cubes, accounts, dashboards, and reports

    to meet business needs.
  • Manage

    data integrations

    with Workday HCM/Financials, SFTP, CCDS, and other relevant systems.
  • Partner with Finance, HR, and other stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into Adaptive solutions.
  • Support

    scenario modeling, variance analysis, and multi-entity planning

    processes.
  • Provide user support, training, and documentation to ensure effective adoption of Adaptive Planning.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure

    system reliability, data accuracy, and performance optimization

    .

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    Workday Adaptive Planning (Adaptive Insights)

    in model building, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of

    budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

    processes.
  • Experience with

    data integrations

    (Workday HCM/Financials, SFTP, CCDS, or similar).
  • Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Workday certification in Adaptive Planning (preferred).
