Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of PPC specialists.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, audits and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Campaign Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive Google Ads strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Oversee the creation, implementation, and management of Google Ads campaigns.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals and industry best practices.

Account Handling:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates.
  • Understand client needs and tailor strategies to meet their specific objectives.

Optimization and Performance Analysis:

  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.
  • Maintain and improve the quality score of keywords and ads.

Leads Generation and Verification:

  • Develop strategies to generate high-quality leads.
  • Monitor and verify leads to ensure they meet client requirements.
  • Implement processes to track and measure the effectiveness of lead generation activities.

Budget Management:

  • Oversee campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Monitor and manage bid strategies to maximize budget utilization.
  • Ensure that spending aligns with client objectives and delivers the desired results.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including SEO, content, design, and development.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners as necessary.

Training and Development:

  • Conduct training sessions to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Share knowledge and insights with the team to promote continuous learning.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Create detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and future strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all campaign activities and changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other PPC tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads Certification.
  • Experience with other digital marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Experience handling dental clients in the US and UK markets is required.
