Web Developer

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Website Development & Maintenance:

   Build, maintain, and optimize WordPress and WooCommerce websites. Manage hosting environments, domain settings, and backups. Ensure sites are mobile-friendly, fast, and SEO-compliant.

• Integrations:

   Implement APIs integrations to connect websites with third-party tools.

• Optimization:

   Optimize site performance, security, and scalability.

• SEO Implementation:

   Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices, including site speed optimization, schema markup, and keyword structuring.

• Design & Communication:

   Use a good sense of design to create wireframes. Write clear documentation and communicate effectively with the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience:

   2–5 years of hands-on experience in web development, or a strong fresher with demonstrable projects.

• Technical Skills:

   Strong expertise in 

  WordPress

  , 

  WooCommerce

  , 

  PHP

  , 

  HTML

  , 

  CSS

  , and 

  JavaScript

  . Experience with 

  ERPNext

   or similar ERP platforms.

• Integration & Automation:

   Ability to integrate APIs for automation and data sync.

• SEO:

   Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices (on-page, technical). Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics is a plus.

• General:

   Good verbal and written English communication skills. A comprehensive understanding of website architecture and data flow. Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• WordPress and WooCommerce development (including Elementor)
• PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery
• Familiarity with ERPNext would be an added advantage
• API integration
• Web hosting management (cPanel, DNS, SSL, backups)
• On-page and technical SEO best practices
• Strong communication and problem-solving mindset
• Teamwork and adaptability in a startup environment
