Note: We do not cover social events; focus is strictly on corporate events, films and documentaries. Role Overview We are looking for a skilled and motivated Cinematographer to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate will be a master of Sony A7S3/FX3 cameras, gimbals, and lighting, with strong expertise in video editing on Adobe Premiere Pro. The role also involves client coordination, data management, and occasional photo edits and album designing. Key Responsibilities Shoot corporate films, documentaries, branded content, interviews, and events. Operate Sony A7S3/FX3 cameras, gimbals, and lighting equipment with expertise. Collaborate with directors, creative leads, and clients to achieve the desired vision. Deliver technically excellent footage with proper framing, exposure, and color balance. Edit videos end-to-end on Adobe Premiere Pro, including sound sync and color correction. Use AI tools to improve editing speed and workflow efficiency. Manage data, backups, and file organization. Support in photo editing and album designing (Photoshop). Coordinate with clients and production teams on logistics and requirements. Be willing to travel and represent the brand professionally. Equipment All essential equipment will be provided by CandidShutters Media. Candidates owning professional gear will have an added advantage. Requirements Proven experience as a cinematographer in corporate films, documentaries, or events. Expertise with Sony A7S3/FX3 cameras, gimbals, and lighting setups. Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory). Knowledge of Photoshop for photo editing and album design. Familiarity with AI tools for editing and workflow optimization. We’re looking for a Web Developer who will be a core member of our small, close-knit team, working directly with the founders. This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our web platforms while implementing automation and integrations that make our digital presence seamless and powerful. WHAT YOU’LL DO Website Development & Maintenance: Build, maintain, and optimize WordPress and WooCommerce websites. Manage hosting environments, domain settings, and backups. Ensure sites are mobile-friendly, fast, and SEO-compliant. Integrations: Implement APIs integrations to connect websites with third-party tools. Optimization: Optimize site performance, security, and scalability. SEO Implementation: Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices, including site speed optimization, schema markup, and keyword structuring. Design & Communication: Use a good sense of design to create wireframes. Write clear documentation and communicate effectively with the team. QUALIFICATIONS Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in web development, or a strong fresher with demonstrable projects. Technical Skills: Strong expertise in WordPress , WooCommerce , PHP , HTML , CSS , and JavaScript . Experience with ERPNext or similar ERP platforms. Integration & Automation: Ability to integrate APIs for automation and data sync. SEO: Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices (on-page, technical). Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics is a plus. General: Good verbal and written English communication skills. A comprehensive understanding of website architecture and data flow. Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems. The candidate should also be proficient in editing workflows, Photoshop, and data management. Key Responsibilities Capture candid moments during corporate events, interviews, documentaries, and branded shoots . Operate professional cameras (Sony A74/R5 or equivalent) and lenses to achieve high-quality images. Handle lighting setups (natural and artificial) for portraits, events, and behind-the-scenes shoots. Collaborate with directors, cinematographers, and clients to execute creative briefs. Edit and retouch images using Photoshop and Lightroom for final delivery. Maintain image archives, backups, and data organization for all projects. Deliver consistent brand-aligned photography across shoots. Assist with photo albums, graphics, or supporting video crews as needed.
