We are seeking a Digital Content & Social Media Specialist who can bring together strong writing, social media expertise, and the smart use of AI tools to scale our own digital presence. This position is dedicated solely to CandidShutters’ websites, blogs, and social media platforms—not external client accounts.

If you’re passionate about content creation, storytelling, and want to directly influence the digital voice of a growing brand, this could be your perfect role.

What You’ll Be Doing

Content Writing & SEO

• Create, edit, and publish engaging blogs optimized for search visibility (titles, meta descriptions, keywords).
• Build keyword-rich content strategies to increase organic reach and brand authority.
• Refresh existing blogs to boost rankings and maintain relevance.
• Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Leverage AI-driven writing tools for efficiency without compromising quality.

Social Media Strategy & Management

• Plan and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos) for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
• Produce visually appealing and SEO-optimized short-form videos and reels.
• Highlight our creative work, events, and services to drive engagement.
• Use AI-powered design and editing platforms (Canva, CapCut, Runway, Descript, etc.) to enhance productivity.
• Track performance through analytics and stay ahead of trends with AI-assisted insights.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in SEO-driven copywriting and content development.
• Solid understanding of on-page SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Hands-on management of major social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Proficiency with design and editing software (Canva, Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro, or equivalents).
• Familiarity with AI tools for writing, editing, and social media planning.
• Strong command over English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to manage content calendars and multiple projects simultaneously.

Essential Skills

• Creative storytelling and copywriting flair.
• SEO and keyword research expertise.
• Social media campaign planning and execution.
• Basic to intermediate skills in design and video editing.
• Competence with scheduling/analytics tools (Buffer, Later, Metricool, etc.).
• Flexibility to adapt content style for different platforms.
• Collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
