Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and versatile WordPress eCommerce Developer with strong expertise in building and customizing eCommerce websites using ThemeForest themes. The ideal candidate will also have proven experience in Digital marketing, specifically Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, SEO, Social Media Management, and Performance Tracking. This role combines Technical website development with Strategic Digital Marketing to drive traffic, optimize conversions, and grow our online presence. Key Responsibilities: Website Development: Build and customize responsive eCommerce websites on WordPress using ThemeForest themes (e.g., Flatsome, WoodMart, etc.). Integrate and configure 3rd-party plugins and Apps (CRM, email marketing, etc.). Set up and integrate Payment Gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, etc.). Implement and manage *Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking tools. Ensure website speed, performance optimization, and SEO best practices. Troubleshoot, maintain, and update website content and plugins. Digital Marketing: Plan and execute Paid Advertising Campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram). Set up, monitor, and optimize PPC, Remarketing, and Shopping Campaigns. Create and manage content calendars for Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, backlink building. Track and improve Search Rankings, traffic, and engagement metrics. Prepare Performance Reports using Google Data Studio, GA4, and ad platforms. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, and ThemeForest themes. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress Plugin Architecture. Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads. Proficient in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Tag Manager, and conversion tracking. Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console). Ability to create and analyze Campaign Performance Reports. Strong knowledge of Social Media Platforms and content planning. Familiarity with Email Marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.). Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Google Analytics. Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce CMS is a plus. Working knowledge of basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop).
