Key Responsibilities (Prioritized by Impact)

1. Website & Hosting Management

• Oversee WordPress sites (TheraYog, YoginiSrishti, VedicMum, VM): updates, uptime, plugin health

• Manage hosting accounts (Hostinger, GoDaddy, Bluehost) and domain renewals

• Maintain Shopify stores: product listings, landing pages, blogs, offers

2. API Setup & Integrations

• Configure and manage payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree, Stripe)

• Integrate Shopify, Shiprocket, WhatsApp APIs (WATI/AiSensy)

• Set up and monitor webhooks for payments, LMS, logistics

• Troubleshoot integration issues swiftly and effectively

3. LMS & E-commerce Platforms

• Manage LMS platforms (Knorish or similar): course setup, automation, user experience

• Ensure seamless student and customer journeys

• Optimize workflows using Pabbly, Automator plugins

• Leverage tools like Calendly, Notion, Asana, Manatal for cross-functional coordination

4. Analytics & Reporting

• Build dashboards (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI)

• Monitor uptime (UptimeRobot), performance metrics, and campaign ROI

• Deliver actionable insights on funnels and customer journeys

5. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management(Primary Focus)

• Manage Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn for brand growth

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube)

• Apply SEO best practices across content and web assets

• Run automated email and WhatsApp marketing flows

• Track and analyze campaign performance with precision

6. Automation & Tech Tools

• Optimize workflows using Pabbly, Automator plugins

• Leverage tools like Calendly, Notion, Asana, Manatal for cross-functional coordination

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field

• 3+ years in WordPress, hosting, domain management, and digital marketing execution

• Familiarity with Shopify, LMS platforms (Knorish or similar)

• Strong grasp of API integrations, payment gateways, automation tools

• Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Zoho, Odoo, Freshworks)

• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, InsightIQ)

• Hands-on with email/WhatsApp marketing platforms

• Basic design/editing skills (Canva or similar)

• Excellent documentation and organizational abilities

• Problem-solving mindset with cross-system troubleshooting skills
