What You’ll Do

Handle
inbound voice calls
from US-based customers.
Resolve queries efficiently while providing an outstanding customer experience.
Maintain call documentation and adhere to defined processes (SOPs).
Meet key performance indicators including
quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
.
Use your listening skills and empathy to build rapport with customers.
Work in
rotational night shifts
and adjust to schedule changes as needed.
Where applicable,
upsell or cross-sell
additional services.

Who Can Apply:

Education:
12th Pass / Intermediate / Graduates
Freshers are highly encouraged to apply!
Candidates with
previous BPO experience
will have an added advantage.
Not Eligible:
B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, MBA, BCA, Hotel Management, and other specialized/technical degrees.
Mandatory:
Valid
PAN Card
is required at the time of hiring.
