We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced Funding specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the funding process, exceptional communication skills, and working knowledge of the Resware application

Key Responsibilities: • Must have experience in balancing real estate closing disclosures • Must be well versed with documents like CD, payoff document, wiring instruction and lender's closing instructions • Must be well versed with payoff calculations, property taxes, supporting invoices • Must be familiar with claiming of incoming wires and disbursement set up • Ability to process the assigned task as per SOP and training manuals • Ability to process the assigned task within defined turnaround time • Must have knowledge about various functions of a title company • Must understand and follow the federal and process guidelines • Govern the critical data holistically • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, lenders & vendor

Requirements: • Must be a graduate in any stream • Must have minimum 1 year of experience working with ResWare application • Strong understanding of Closing Disclosure, Closing Instructions, and the overall funding process • Good with using computer, internet and MS Office • Must be fluent in written & spoken English • Should possess excellent logical and analytical skills • Must be open and flexible with rotational night shift (8 Am to 9 Pm EST) and week offs • Typing speed should be more than 30 WP
