Work closely with the International Customer Support Team
Provide support to international customers in day-to-day operations.
Provide timely and actionable MIS to Manager
Be proactive in addressing expected challenges
Provide regular forecasts to capacity team.
Maintain close co-ordination across all departments like accounts, Operations, Sales, Accounts etc
Ensure compliance of all policies laid down for effective business operations at all levels.
Provide any other support to Sales & Customer Support.
Candidate should Bachelors degree
Experience not required and freshers can apply, however some experience will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in spoken & written English and good communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Email, normal working on computers and software applications.
