What are we looking for?
The Claims Expert is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of a claim, from the initial accident report to final resolution. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to investigate claim circumstances, make coverage decisions, and coordinate with various stakeholders.
