A leading provider in the IT Services & Enterprise Infrastructure Management sector, supporting mission-critical Windows server estates, identity services, and device management for large enterprise clients. Location:

India — On-siteRole & Responsibilities

Own and resolve L3 escalations for Windows server issues—perform deep-dive root-cause analysis and deliver permanent fixes.
Design, deploy and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy objects, and related identity services to ensure availability and security.
Automate routine operational tasks and incident remediation using PowerShell scripts and runbooks; implement automation to reduce MTTR.
Manage and optimise virtual infrastructure (VMware/Hyper-V), coordinate patching, capacity planning, and system hardening activities.
Maintain configuration and deployment tools (SCCM/Intune), handle OS/image deployments, software distribution, and endpoint compliance checks.
Produce and update technical documentation, runbooks, and post-incident reports; collaborate with networking and security teams on cross-functional projects.

Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022
Active Directory
Group Policy
PowerShell
VMware vSphere
Hyper-V

Preferred

SCCM (ConfigMgr) or Microsoft Intune
Experience with DNS, DHCP and core TCP/IP troubleshooting
Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA/MCSE/Azure Administrator) or equivalent hands-on experience
