We're seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Principal Windows Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our enterprise IT infrastructure. This role requires an expert with overall 14+ years of experience spanning Windows Server technologies, multi-cloud environments (Azure and IBM Cloud), and complex Software-Defined Storage (SDS) and hyper-converged solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker capable of driving innovation, ensuring system reliability, and mentoring technical teams.

14 to 18 years of relevant IT experience that shows consistent progression, and at least 8 years of solution or process leadership.
