o Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models to predict workload, staffing needs, and resource requirements.
o Analyze historical data, trends, and business drivers to create actionable insights for workforce planning.
o Provide recommendations to improve forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.
o Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement workforce strategies that align with business goals.
o Monitor and adjust staffing plans based on real-time data and changing business needs.
o Ensure optimal utilization of resources to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets.
· Reporting & Metrics
o Generate and present detailed reports on workforce performance, forecasting accuracy, and operational metrics.
o Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against goals.
o Provide actionable insights to leadership for decision-making.
· Process Improvement
o Identify opportunities for process enhancements within workforce management and forecasting functions.
o Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
o Lead initiatives to automate and streamline WFM processes.
· Proven track record of developing and implementing forecasting models in a corporate environment.
