Role: Quality Engineer

motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Apply and manage quality tools and methodologies (5 Whys, Ishikawa, SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP, APQP).

🔹 Conduct root cause analysis and implement CAPA / 8D reports.

🔹 Manage supplier quality: PPAP review, audits, and performance evaluations.

🔹 Support NPD activities through APQP, FMEA, and control plan development.

🔹 Participate in internal and external quality audits.

🔹 Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949.

🔹 Drive continuous improvement and defect prevention initiatives.

🔹 Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project efficiency, quality, and safety.

🔹 Provide technical guidance and verify materials, tools, and resources for smooth operations.

🔹 Collect and analyze data, present findings, and support decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering

✅ 3–5 years of relevant industry experience

✅ Strong knowledge of quality systems and tools

✅ Experience with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 QMS

✅ Analytical and data-driven approach to problem solving

✅ Proactive, detail-oriented, and improvement-focused mindset
