Forecast hiring needs and create workforce plans in collaboration with leadership.Partner with senior stakeholders to understand and fulfill talent requirements.Advise business leaders on hiring trends, market insights, and recruitment strategies.Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.Optimize recruitment channels and manage vendor relationships for cost-effective hiring.Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, setting goals and driving performance.Strengthen employer branding through campaigns and candidate experience initiatives.Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to stay ahead of talent trends.Utilize recruitment technologies and analytics tools to improve hiring efficiency.Monitor and report key hiring metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.Integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) into hiring strategies and practices.Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal recruitment policies.
