Wells Completion Engineer

• 
  Support the completions team with well completion design, stimulation planning, and post-job evaluation.
• Assist in stimulation effectiveness assessment, including analysis of pressure–rate response and overall treatment performance.
• Contribute to sand-control planning and modeling, including gravel-pack evaluations, sweep efficiency assessments, and wellbore stability considerations.
• Support well performance and completion efficiency reviews, including 1-year well reviews for new wells brought online.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure completion designs meet operational, integrity, and production objectives.

Data Management & Reliability Support

• 
  Perform data gathering, extraction, and cleaning from multiple operational sources, and integrate it into internal reporting tools.
• Support well reliability and integrity activities by organizing and analyzing historical equipment and well-performance data.
• Prepare dashboards, summaries, and insights to help improve operational decision-making and workflow efficiency.

P&A and Well Lifecycle Operations

• 
  Support planning and documentation for Plug & Abandonment (P&A) operations including TOC checks, SCP review, and risk assessments.
• Assist with procedural writing, end-of-well reports, regulatory documentation, and well schematic updates.
• Collaborate with field and engineering teams to ensure P&A operations follow safety and compliance standards.

3–6 years of relevant field experience in Well Completions, Well Integrity, Sand Control, or P&A within Upstream Oil & Gas.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of well completion design fundamentals, stimulation concepts, and sand-control principles.
• Good analytical skills with experience handling operational data, performing trend analysis.
• Experience supporting multi-disciplinary teams across well completions and well integrity functions.
• Strong communication, documentation, and reporting skills, with ability to prepare technical deliverables.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and support operations in a fast-paced upstream environment.
