About the Role

In this role, you’ll conduct in-depth first consultations with new prospects—understanding their lifestyle, health history, behavioral patterns, work/stress environment, and weight-loss challenges. You’ll also explain our program structure, what makes us different, and pricing options.

Your goal is to (1) help prospects feel heard and understood, and (2) guide interested individuals smoothly toward enrolling and onboarding.

Alongside this, you’ll collaborate with our care team to shape personalized treatment plans, contribute to program development, and support sustainable behavioral and psychological change in patients who join.

What You'll Do

Primary Responsibilities (Prospect Consultation & Enrolment)

• Conduct structured first consultations to evaluate prospects’ lifestyle, medical background, mindset, and weight-loss challenges
• Explain our program in detail, including methodology, behavioral science approach, differentiation, timelines, and pricing
• Build trust and rapport to help prospects make confident, informed decisions
• Follow up with interested individuals via calls or messages until they enroll
• Maintain high-quality documentation of prospect interactions and progress through the evaluation process
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the consultation and onboarding experience

Clinical & Behavioral Responsibilities

• Support development of individualized treatment plans for enrolled clients
• Provide psychological insights on emotional eating, stress triggers, habits, and body image
• Assist in designing program modules rooted in behavioral science and sustainable habit formation
• Participate in interdisciplinary discussions with dietitians, physicians, and coaches
• Contribute to evolving the program to better address mental health triggers and long-term behavioral change
  

What We're Looking For

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or a related field
• Active licensure (Psychologist, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—ability to connect quickly and inspire trust
• Experience in behavioral health, weight management, emotional eating, or health psychology
• Comfort with consultative conversations that combine empathy, assessment, and guidance toward program enrollment
• Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
• Bonus: Experience in wellness, medical weight loss, coaching, or bariatric settings

Compensation

Upto INR 10,00,000 per annum (including variable pay)
