The primary objective of this role is to proactively review client requests or tickets and apply technical/process knowledge to resolve them without breaching service level agreement (SLA). What You'll Be Doing Key Responsibilities: Required Experience: Minimum 4+ yrs. Cisco: Nexus9k, Cat 9200 L, Cat9500, isr4400, WSA S395 Creating POA for New Implementation – Preparing and developing the Plan of Action for the new network implementation. Single Point of Contact for All Network Issues – Acting as the primary point of contact for any network-related issues.
