The ideal candidates will have a strong background in telephony platforms and Java development, with experience in both primary and secondary skills as outlined below. Primary Skills : IVR, Avaya, Nuance Developer profiles Proficiency in Nuance Application Studio (NAS) and NDF, Nuance speech suite and sip knowledge (Session Initiation protocol) Experience with telephony platforms such as Avaya and Genesys, VXML, Cyara Testing Core Java 8 and above. Knowledge of Liberty WebSphere Secondary Skills: Familiarity with Google CCAI and Nuance Mix Experience with Microsoft Copilot for AI-driven dialogue and dynamic call flows Experience Requirements: Senior Engineers (10+ years): Minimum 3-5 years of experience in telephony platforms Responsibilities: Develop and maintain telephony applications using the specified technologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Job Title: Junior Engineer (4+ years) Location: Lloyds Technology Centre Job Description: We are seeking highly skilled engineers to join our team at Lloyds Technology Centre.
