Role Overview
We are seeking a Website & Social Media Manager who will take ownership of our digital presence, content distribution, and lead generation efforts. The role combines creativity with analytics — you will manage our website, optimize it for performance & conversions, and design/execute social media campaigns to build a strong online brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management
Manage, update, and maintain the company website (WordPress / Wix / Learnyst / other CMS).
Ensure SEO optimization (on-page & off-page) to drive organic traffic.
Regularly update landing pages for courses, events, and campaigns.
Implement lead-capture forms, chatbots, and tracking pixels.
Ensure mobile responsiveness, fast load speed, and smooth user experience.
Coordinate with developers/designers for advanced website features.
Social Media Management
Develop and execute a monthly content calendar (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).
Create engaging content (posts, reels, carousels, shorts) tailored to platform trends.
Run paid ad campaigns on Meta/Google to drive admissions & brand awareness.
Engage with the audience by responding to DMs, comments, and queries.
Collaborate with faculty/students for testimonials, success stories, and user-generated content.
Track analytics and optimize campaigns for reach and conversions.
Branding & Content
Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Work with designers and editors to create high-quality creatives.
Repurpose webinars, lectures, and long-form content into bite-sized social media posts.
Suggest fresh content ideas aligned with exam trends, student engagement, and admissions.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and heatmaps.
Track social media insights and ad performance dashboards.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on website traffic, engagement, and lead conversions.
Recommend data-driven improvements for marketing ROI.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, faculty, and operations teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Support offline events/seminars through digital promotions.
Coordinate with external agencies/freelancers when needed.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills
Proven experience in website management (WordPress, Learnyst, or other CMS).
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
Hands-on experience with social media platforms & ad managers (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Ability to design basic creatives (Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent).
Strong copywriting & communication skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to read data & adjust campaigns.
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience in education/edtech or coaching industry.
Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Hubspot, Zoho).
Basic video editing for reels & YouTube content.
Familiarity with AI tools for content & marketing automation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in website/social media management (edtech/education preferred).
