As a Website & Social Media Manager at our company, your role involves overseeing our online presence, optimizing our WooCommerce website, and managing all social media channels. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain, update, and improve the company's WooCommerce website, including content, design, layout, and functionality. - Monitor website performance, loading speed, SEO health, and overall user experience. - Upload and optimize new content such as blogs, images, landing pages, and products. - Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate with developers when required. - Develop and execute a consistent social media content strategy for platforms like Instagram and Facebook. - Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, captions, and hashtags. - Manage posting schedules and ensure daily community engagement (comments, messages, interactions). - Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for reach and engagement.
