We’re on the hunt for a Website Project Manager who’s equal parts organized operator and smooth communicator. If you’ve ever been the one keeping multiple projects, teams, and timelines in sync (without breaking a sweat), this one’s for you. You’ll own the full lifecycle of our web projects—from kickoff to confetti. That means working with devs, UI/UX teams, designers, content writers, SEO experts, and clients to bring websites to life that don’t just look good, but perform even better. What You’ll Be Up To Plan, manage, and deliver stunning websites from start to finish (WordPress, Shopify, React, Python—you name it). Coordinate the magic between developers, UI/UX teams, content creators, and SEO pros. Host stand-ups that don’t make people want to run away. Track timelines, tasks, and dependencies using our in-house project tool (yes, we built our own—and it rocks) + tools like Asana, Jira, or Trello if that’s your jam. Be the friendly face for clients, keeping them informed and smiling throughout. Balance Agile and Waterfall like a boss (we don’t judge which one you prefer—as long as things ship). You Should Have A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Communications, or the life experience that made you great at leading people and projects. 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing websites or digital projects. A history of taking projects from “what are we building?” to “wow, this is live!” Experience with both internal and external project management tools. Great communication skills—you can talk to devs, creatives, and clients without needing a translator. Bonus points for PMP certification or secret productivity hacks.
