We, Hahnemann Charitable Mission Society, is a non-governmental organization dedicated to providing healthcare services by promoting Organic farming practice, promoting Women Empowerment, supporting underprivileged communities. We work towards holistic well-being, skill development, social upliftment through various initiatives and programs. And to support it we have launched organic herbal product ranges, FMCS products, and other products made by SHGs.

We are hiring a skilled Web Manager to create responsive, fast, and user-friendly websites for our organization and other companies. This role is focused on maintaining, updating, and improving a website's overall functionality, content, design, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using modern frameworks and CMS platforms.
• Convert UI/UX wireframes and mockups into functional web pages.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
• Integrate third-party APIs, CRMs, and plugins where required.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing websites.
• Ensure mobile-first and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and digital marketing teams to deliver high-performing websites.
• Maintain website security and perform regular updates/backups.

Common Responsibilities

• Content & Design:Creating, updating, and maintaining website content, ensuring brand consistency, and making design updates.
• Functionality & Performance:Ensuring the website is secure, fully functional, fast, and provides a seamless user experience.
• SEO & Digital Marketing:Implementing search engine optimization (SEO) strategies, conducting keyword research, and potentially managing social media and paid advertising to drive traffic.
• Technical Maintenance:Monitoring website performance, resolving errors, and making technical improvements.
• Project Management:Overseeing web development projects, managing web hosting, and collaborating with technical and creative teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising.
• Experience in writing, editing, and managing digital content.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Web Developer.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or Webflow.
• Knowledge of MySQL databases and hosting management.
• Understanding of SEO-friendly website structure.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Desirable Additional Skills (Bonus)

• Experience in building e-commerce websites.
• Knowledge of frameworks like React.js, Next.js, or Angular.
• Familiarity with Node.js or backend frameworks.
• Ability to work with APIs and payment gateway integrations.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Canva) for handling mockups.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
