We are a Chartered Accountancy and Legal Services firm seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to manage our website, digital presence, and structured content updates. The role involves regularly updating content, coordinating with internal teams, supporting presentation development, and ensuring that brand messaging remains consistent across online platforms.


Key Responsibilities

🌐 Website Management

  1. Maintain and update website content for both CA and Legal divisions.
  2. Administer the website, its frontend, backend, database, and hosting.
  3. Upload new service offerings, regulatory updates, blog posts, announcements, team changes, etc.
  4. Ensure website structure, navigation, and information stay clear and updated.
  5. Coordinate with developers/designers for improvements when required.


📱 Digital Coordination

  1. Work closely with the social media/content team to:
  2. Publish content in sync with compliance calendar updates
  3. Upload blog articles, case studies, and newsletters online
  4. Maintain brand tone and consistency


📄 Business Documentation & Presentation Support

  1. Create and refine:
  2. Company profiles
  3. Pitch decks
  4. Proposal templates
  5. Brochures (PDF/Web form)
  6. Ensure formatting, tone and branding are consistent and professional.


🗂 Marketing & Communication Assets

  1. Maintain updated master folders of:
  2. Logos, files, banners
  3. Document templates
  4. Presentation and client onboarding formats


Required Skills

  1. Experience with website development and management
  2. Knowledge of content formatting and basic SEO
  3. Ability to write and structure professional content (no deep legal/finance knowledge needed — training provided)
  4. Familiarity with tools like:
  5. Canva / PowerPoint / Google Slides
  6. Google Analytics / Search Console (optional but good to have)
  7. Email automation tools (Mailchimp, Zoho, or equivalent)


Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

  1. Basic design and formatting sense
  2. Experience managing blogs or business websites


Education & Experience

Graduate in: IT, BCA, or equivalent


Experience: 0–3 years (freshers with relevant skills welcome)


Personality Traits, Excellent attention to detail, Consistent and disciplined, Ownership-driven mindset, Ability to coordinate between teams


Fixed working hours aligned with CA/Legal compliance calendar deadlines
