1. Web Development Knowledge:

   Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., PHP, Node.js).

2. Brand Consistency:

   Ability to develop websites that maintain visual consistency with the company’s brand identity.

3. Collaboration:

   Effective teamwork skills to work closely with designers and content creators, ensuring cohesive project outcomes.

4. Software Proficiency:

   Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and tools like Google Analytics.

5. Technical Troubleshooting:

   Strong skills in debugging and resolving issues to ensure smooth functionality across browsers and devices.

6. Security Awareness:

   Knowledge of web security practices to protect websites from potential threats.

7. Time Management:

   Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.

8. Education:

Key Responsibilities:

3. Emailer Design & Development:

   Design and develop responsive email templates that perform well across different clients.

4. Content Management:

   Manage and update website content to ensure relevance and alignment with business goals.

5. Performance Optimization:

   Regularly monitor and improve website performance metrics such as load times and bounce rates.

6. Technical Troubleshooting:

   Identify and resolve technical issues to maintain website functionality.

7. Team Collaboration:

   Work closely with designers, content creators, and team members to meet project objectives.

8. Security Maintenance:

   Implement security measures and regular maintenance to protect against potential threats.

9. Documentation:

   Maintain detailed documentation for code, design, and technical specifications.
