Our founders are graduates from Stanford & CMU and this their second venture. We work with clients like HP, Bayer Group, Plix & Nykaa. We have a suite of proprietary technology that we build in house to outdeliver and outscale providers in the market.

We are now expanding our in-house web capabilities and are looking for a talented Website Developer with deep expertise in Framer to design high-conversion, visually stunning, and performance-optimized web experiences for Passionfruit’s own digital presence.

Role Overview

As a Website Developer (Framer), you will be responsible for taking design concepts and translating them into fully functional, responsive, and interactive Framer websites. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to design landing pages, websites, and microsites that convey our brand story, drive lead generation, and deliver exceptional user experience.

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes Framer, is detail-oriented with a creative mindset, and can balance aesthetics with performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain websites using Framer with pixel-perfect accuracy.
• Work closely with marketing to build conversion-focused landing pages and product pages.
• Implement responsive design principles ensuring an optimal experience across all devices.
• Handle custom components, animations, and interactions in Framer to bring designs to life.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with design and branding teams to ensure visual consistency across all pages.
• Manage integrations with third-party tools (CRM, analytics, marketing automation, chatbots, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs, performance issues, and UI/UX inconsistencies.
• Stay updated on the latest Framer features, plugins, and best practices to constantly improve output.

Requirements

• Mandatory: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Framer (submit portfolio of work – applications without a portfolio will not be considered).
• Proven track record of delivering live websites with high UX quality and performance.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, typography, and web layout principles.
• Knowledge of modern web animations & interactions using Framer tools or compatible frameworks.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom Framer functionality.
• Experience integrating CMS workflows and third-party APIs in Framer.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and performance optimization techniques.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent design-to-development translation skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in UI/UX design or Figma-to-Framer workflows.
• Knowledge of marketing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
• Prior experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.

Role Details

• Location: Saket, New Delhi

• Salary Range: 6-8 LPA
