Webinar Manager

Key purpose

You are responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing webinars worldwide, ensuring flawless technical delivery, and high audience engagement. This role blends technical proficiency with intercultural collaboration and project management, enabling the creation of seamless, high-quality virtual experiences that resonate across diverse global audiences.

Main Responsibilities and Key Deliverables:

• Plan and manage webinars end-to-end, including scheduling, technical setup, and post-event reporting.
• Configure and operate ON24 platform for webinars, including moderation and analytics.
• Manage landing pages, invitations, and attendee with different teams (e.g. Sitecore, Marketing Automation)
• Develop moderation structure and storyline in alignment with Business Partners; create supporting PowerPoint charts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and compliance.
• Monitor KPIs (attendance, engagement) and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Manage multiple webinar projects simultaneously across different time zones and cultures.
• Develop strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI for webinars.

Skill Set:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in webinar or virtual event management, preferably in a global context.
• Expertise in ON24 and familiarity with Sitecore and Marketo.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating and editing webinar presentations.
• Strong project management skills for multi-project coordination.
• Ability to analyse data and optimize performance.
• Technical troubleshooting skills for virtual environments.
• Excellent intercultural communication and stakeholder management.
• Open-minded, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
