Identifying and nurturing community leaders and advocates, monitoring community metrics, and providing insights and recommendations for improvement will be essential tasks. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or possess equivalent experience. A background of 3-5 years in community management, content creation, or a related field, preferably in a B2B setting, is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to create engaging content, experience in planning and managing virtual and/or in-person events, interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships, proficiency in community management platforms, content management systems, and social media tools, as well as analytical skills to measure and report on community engagement and content performance are necessary. Familiarity with data analytics tools and reporting, the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, and experience within Retail, Manufacturing, or Logistics industries are advantageous.
