Web Team Lead

1. Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, DevOps engineers, and QA specialists to ensure high performance and alignment with organizational goals.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages continuous learning and innovation.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product management, UI/UX designers, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.

2. Technical Expertise

• Provide hands-on technical guidance in full stack development, ensuring the implementation of best practices in code quality, security, and performance. Emphasize the use of technologies such as React, Node.js, Docker, and CI/CD tools to optimize the development process.
• Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
• Ensure the responsiveness of applications across various platforms and devices.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into the development process to improve efficiency and product quality.

3. Project Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to best practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide regular status updates, and address concerns.
• Implement and maintain effective project management tools and methodologies to streamline development processes.

4. Quality Assurance & Code Integrity

• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and performance optimization.
• Implement and monitor Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate testing and deployments.
• Proactively address technical debt to ensure the maintainability, scalability, and performance of the codebase.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in full stack web development.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex web applications and leading development teams.

Technical Skills

• Frontend: Proficiency in modern front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Backend: Strong skills in server-side languages and frameworks such as Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar.
• Databases: Expertise in database design and management, including both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
• Cloud & DevOps: Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• CI/CD: Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment tools and processes.
